How to Reset Ramos W27Pro?

Hi guys, so my sister bought Ramos W27Pro for her son and her son is a little boy you know he likes to play around and stuff... Her mom puts the pattern password and he sadly forgot it and kept making wrong pattern until the tablet restarted and now it keeps asking us to put username and password and her mom does not remember it...

So, I want to reset it for her any idea how?

Please give me step by step on how to solve it I'd be so happy....

most people here have ainol tablets try on other forum i saw one for ramos with atm7029

if u cant get recoveru using any keys for example volume- and power then isntal cxz adb drivers connect your tablet and msg

adb reboot recovery

or u can flash new firmware

or u can conect to pad product tools and wipe like this

I actually managed to get to recovery mode, but I get this mark "!" in red and that's it no options to pick from no nothing just that mark...

And the pad product tools I must able the USB debugging to do that, but I can not since I am unable to access the tablet "sadface"

turn off your tablet

hold power and both volume and it should enter adfu mode(able to connect with pad product tool)

when u r in recovery
then connect to adb and

adb reboot -w

example:

"D:\tablet romy\ROOT>adb reboot -w"
